SEATYLOCK AFFILIATE PROGRAM

Thank you for your interest in joining the Seatylock Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms.

Affiliate Agreement

1. Enrollment

To participate, applicants must complete the Affiliate application through Refersion. Participation is subject to approval by Seatylock. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

Acceptance into the Program does not create any employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, or partnership relationship between the parties.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for their own websites, social media channels, and promotional activities. All marketing must be truthful, comply with applicable laws, and clearly disclose the affiliate relationship where required.

3. Affiliate Links & Commissions

Commissions are earned only on completed retail purchases made through your approved Refersion affiliate link. Orders that are canceled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, or subject to chargebacks are not eligible for commission. Seatylock reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions resulting from suspicious or abusive activity.

Seatylock makes no guarantees regarding income, sales volume, website traffic, or commission earnings.

4. Commission Payments

Approved commissions are paid on NET +45 terms through the payment method selected in Refersion. This payment schedule allows sufficient time to verify that referred orders have been successfully completed and are not canceled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, or subject to chargebacks, ensuring they are fully eligible for commission.

5. Brand & Intellectual Property

Affiliates may only use official Seatylock marketing materials and may not modify logos, trademarks, or branding. Unauthorized use of Seatylock intellectual property may result in immediate termination.

6. Prohibited Promotional Activities

Affiliates may not:

- Bid on or purchase paid search advertisements using Seatylock trademarks, product names, or common misspellings,

  including but not limited to Seatylock, FoldyLock, Mason, and Viking in paid search advertising.

- Register domains, create websites, or social media accounts containing Seatylock trademarks or that appear to represent

  Seatylock.

- Promote unauthorized coupon codes or discounts.

- Purchase through their own affiliate links ("self-referrals").

- Generate fake traffic, cookie stuffing, bots, forced clicks, or other fraudulent activity.

- Publish false or misleading product claims or fake reviews.

- Impersonate Seatylock or represent themselves as an authorized retailer or employee.

- Use browser extensions, software, or other technologies that interfere with affiliate tracking.

- Promote Seatylock through illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.

- Modify Seatylock logos or trademarks.

- Use Seatylock trademarks in paid advertising, keywords, display URLs, or meta tags.

- Misrepresent Seatylock products, certifications, or warranties.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the Program, cancellation of unpaid commissions, reversal of previously paid commissions where permitted, and permanent disqualification.

7. Email Marketing

Affiliates may not send unsolicited commercial emails (spam). Promotional emails may only be sent to recipients who have expressly opted in to receive them. Compliance with all applicable anti-spam and advertising laws is required.

8. Modifications & Termination

Seatylock may update this Agreement or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, if these terms are violated or if participation is deemed harmful to the Program or the Seatylock brand.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Seatylock Affiliate Program, website, tracking platform, and related materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Seatylock makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, tracking accuracy, commission recording, or specific earnings, and shall not be liable for technical issues, system interruptions, or losses resulting from participation in the Program.

Seatylock shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.

By submitting an application to the Seatylock Affiliate Program and participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Seatylock respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information collected through the Seatylock Affiliate Program.

Information We Collect

We may collect information including your name, contact details, website or social media profiles, payment information, tax information (where required), and affiliate performance data such as clicks, referrals, commissions, and payouts.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

- Manage your Affiliate Program account.

- Track referrals and commissions through Refersion.

- Process commission payments.

- Communicate important program updates.

- Prevent fraud and ensure compliance with our Affiliate Agreement.

- Meet legal and tax obligations.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only with trusted service providers, including Refersion and payment processors, or when required by law.

Cookies

The Affiliate Program uses cookies and similar technologies to track referrals and calculate commissions. Disabling cookies may affect affiliate tracking.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, no online system can guarantee complete security. Where permitted by applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of any updated version.
